Saturday 21st September

Join Olivia Michaela Flowers and Field Food for a truly seasonal retreat celebrating the Autumn Equinox. Set in the idyllic countryside of the South Downs, at a beautiful Flint Barn, we come together to nourish in the seasons bounty.

The Autumn Equinox marks the start of Autumn in our northern hemisphere, where the days start to become shorter than the nights, plant life begins to slow down and draw inwards, and a time for us to do the same. A time for reflection on the summer past and begin to wind down for the restorative pace of winter.
